Group Ancillary

Group Ancillary mainly consists of Dental, Vision, Life, Long-term Disability (LTD), Short-term Disability (STD), Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D), Critical Illness, and Cancer benefits. These benefits are available to groups of 2 or more full-time employees. Group Ancillary products can be employer sponsored or just offered by the employer as voluntary benefits. If the group chooses to sponsor the benefit, the employer of a company is contributing a dollar amount or a percentage to the employee’s premium. Each carrier’s structure, determines the minimum contribution amount that the employer is required to contribute. Voluntary benefits do not require a contribution but rates and participation qualifications are subject to change from contributory rates and participation. Please note that eligibility criteria may vary among insurance companies. As always, feel free to reach out to our staff for any questions on your specific group.

Here at Stone Hill National, we offer a variety of carriers that you can present to your clients. If you have a group that would like a quote, we need to have some information to provide you with the most accurate rates. We will quote with the top 5 or 6 carries. If there are additional carriers you would like quotes from, please request them in the form below. When we provide you with your requested dental quotes, we will also include a dental comparison spreadsheet so you and your client can see all the dental quotes side by side with the most comparable information. Some carriers are able to adjust or customize their quotes for your client’s needs.

In addition to quoting, Stone Hill also offers support in new group submission, renewals, and current group servicing. We will provide you with the forms needed for each carrier, process them with the carrier, and follow up on completion. Please contact our staff for assistance.
